If a company is dishonest when it comes to handle their responsibilities, that is not a company you want to deal with. You also have to take responsibility of the fact that you are releasing faulty products on the market. I may no longer have the receipt, but the fact is that it is your product which you can identify. So they sell you a faulty product, get you to pay for the part to avoid warranty since you do not have the receipt anymore, and they try to charge you again for the shipping. They wanted to charge me an additional $16 for shipping. I didn't fight it and was ready to pay the $15 for the part. Since they didn't have the receipt anymore, they refused to replace the part for free. I provided all the information on the item so they will be able to authenticate it as their product, which they were. they said the gas list needs to be replaced. i still have the tag and all the paperwork under the chair. It is a shame Serta is damaging their credibility by outsourcing these products to this company. (they litterally hang up on you during a conversation) But they absolutely provide no assistance or customer service. Not only their customer service is horrible. A++++I am a small business owner, and this was not ************** I purchased that day.All other chairs in my office are still in excellent shape and have held up very well.These are quality chairs and are well worth the few extra bucks you might pay.With the quality of their products and their customer service I highly recommend True Innovations.**************Extremely satisfied customer!! I would without a doubt purchase other items from this company in the future and cannot praise their customer service enough. Many people like to post critiques of companies but when the companies do this well, they deserve some kudos. This company went above and beyond for me with their customer service. This company not only responded promptly but they sent me a replacement base for free. Enough to make my back uncomfortable after a while. I was willing to purchase a new base for the chair as it was slightly leaning. I told them of my appreciation for the chair. It was a great purchase and I wanted them to know I was not complaining. I emailed this company and gave their chair praise. I am sure mostly due to my sitting posture or lack of posture. (Serta iComfort i5000 Ergonomic Executive chair) After 3 years it started leaning. I purchased an expensive office chair from this company.
